3 – Meet us
If we both wish to proceed, the specified area operations manager will organise to meet you in person usually at the dental centre you have enquired about. You’ll be able to discuss in more detail everything from the centre operations to the clinical and commercial aspects of working with us.
4 – Receive an offer
Pending references and all going well, you may receive a verbal offer and agree on a prospective schedule. Once you accept the offer we use online portals to streamline the contract and on-boarding process.
5 – Welcome to the family
An orientation and induction will be organised. During this time you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Pacific Smiles Group’s processes and operations.
