Can’t make it to the dentist?

Here are five best practices for healthy teeth and gums that you can do every day at home.

  1. Brush your teeth regularly, at least twice per day.
  2. Use a soft toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.
  3. Floss once a day to prevent a build-up of food and plaque.
  4. Consider using mouthwash.
  5. Limit your intake of food and drink high in sugar.

When you visit Pacific Smiles, you can have peace of mind knowing that significant health precautions are taken to ensure your safety and, importantly, maintain your healthy and happy smile.

You can book online through our website or call your nearest Pacific Smiles Dental to make an appointment.
