Special Offer - No Gap Dental Check-up* with selected health funds
We all know how important it is to visit the dentist every six months to keep your smile in tip top shape. To make visiting the dentist easier patients with selected health funds can access a no gap dental check-up* with participating dentists.
Access to a No Gap Dental Check-up is dependent on your health fund and the dentist you choose to see. To ensure eligibility please confirm with the participating centre which dentists will provide a no Gap Dental Check-up for your particular health fund.
No Gap offer is only available to patient with private health insurance including coverage for dental benefits with selected Australian Health funds who have available limits and are able to claim at the participating Pacific Smiles Dental centre.
A comprehensive no gap check-up include an exam, scale and clean, fluoride treatment and x-rays including OPG.
Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients.

Dental services are provided at Pacific Smiles Dental Centres by independent Practitioners.

No Gap Check-up and Clean:
Offer only available to patients who have private health insurance with an Australian health fund who are able to claim their available health fund rebates for dental cover at the participating Pacific Smiles Dental centre.
Eligibility for a No Gap Dental Check-up at participating Pacific Smiles Dental, centres is dependent on attending an appointment with a participating practitioner who offers No Gap Dental with your particular health fund.
To ensure eligibility, patients must confirm with the centre that their practitioner will honor no gap with their Health Fund prior to the appointment.
Offer covers; examination (011, 012), scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), fluoride (121), x-rays (022 x 2) and OPG (037), unless one or more of these items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the dentist.
Where eligible, benefits for services provided will be deducted from the patient’s available health fund limits. Should benefits not be available, the patient will be responsible for the total cost of the appointment.
Health fund limits and rules apply. Prior to attending appointment, patients should confirm any rules and restrictions in relation to their specific cover and claiming with specific dental care providers to ensure they are eligible to claim a No Gap Dental Check-up.
